Warthogs haven't changed much in overall length in the Halo games, but I do not have the Halo 4 Hog measurement.

Examples:

Reach Warthog: 19.66ft long
Halo 1 Warthog: 18.90ft long
Halo PC Rocket Hog: 18.90ft long
Halo 3 Troop Hog: 19.66ft long
