I'd like to take a look :) The most helpful thing to do is to watch other people drawing and what kind of process they have, what tools they use and how they use those tools to get a result they're content with. You might have to scour the internet to find videos of people drawing, but vimeo is usually a pretty good place to start. And another important thing, look at tons of Photoshop tutorials. There is usually one or two helpful tips in every tutorial that will speed your work process up by a small increment of time. All those small increments of time build up though- so eventually something that would take you 8 hours to do, now takes you 1-2 hours. And if you're looking to be a professional artist, time is such a HUGE factor in getting a job. They don't really care what you can do if it takes you 8 hours to do- that's like almost a full workday just for one piece of art. People don't have that time to waste.
