That map was a guess as the ring (close up) is actually Delta Halo, because I needed a close-up map showing the width. (It's part of the background texture showing In Amber Clad pass over just before the ODSTs deploy.) That said, as uberfoop and I were discussing, what is correct is is the Control Room should be in the center of the Halo width-wise, which is where I placed it. In fact, that and the Flood Containment area are two of the locations I can't be sure of the orientation of the structures because there's no Halo in the sky to orient them from. If anniversary has the HMD (happy Bry?) compass like ODST and Reach, that may solve the problem for me. That's, or I can base it on known orientations as to how the levels load in a 3D program. There's always a way.
