The NR appears to have noticable magnetism with bloom, but the bloom counteracts this magnetism and therefore the bloomless gametype exacerbates the magnetism to a point were it becomes a lulzcannon. I'll have to clear the TU and test on 1.0 though to see if 343 changed anything with the assist/magnetism system. Also, the no bloom NR and DMR do have a bit of spread unscoped like Deep NNN pointed out
