The DMR does not : have the speed of the pistol at close range and the magnetic headshot : powers of the NR at range. While the pistol does have the ROF advantage in close range over the DMR, it suffers from a shallow clip. And since bloom no longer plays a role, spamming the trigger and missing a few shots will more likely result in a forced reload while using the pistol. I'd love to see two skilled opponents do a 1v1 to 50, one solely using the pistol and the other the DMR the whole first round, and then switch guns for the second round, to see if the ROF of the pistol can overcome its shallow clip in a bloomless environment.
