In Response To: Re: ODST in Recon (Bry) : Actually, the first thing that came to mind was Captain MacMillan from CoD4 : and MacMillan Heavy Industries from Ace Combat 6 (they provide the : briefing software, in-universe). The Captain's name is a reference to the poster that goes by "Laird" here. I wanted to continue the Reach tradition of your misc. soldiers having names pulled from the group you work with, so here it's HBO/Halo community, as opposed to Bungie. :) You've also met, but don't realize it just yet: (imagine this narrated by Nathan Fillion) -Sergeant Louis Errera, cousin of the famous New Alexandria nightclub owner/ gangster. -Lance Corporal Bryan 'Mul' Mulheran, a stoic but extremely efficient soldier. If there was one ODST that could get a long with Spartans, it would be him. -Corporal Jeffrey 'Grim' Easterling, a sociable ODST who's been rising through the ranks fast, who likes to post news first, ask questions later ...er I mean... shoot first, ask questions later. There will be a section in the Adjunct dedicated to this team with more detailed biographies and equipment specs, a little more about their mission, as well as a detailed layout of the exterior of Castle Base (what was originally the mine, what was ONI-installed, etc.) A lot of care has been given to matching up the description of CASTLE Base to what you ultimately see in First Strike, as well other ONI-operated, former Titanium mines like what the young Spartan IIs trained in during Fall of Reach.
