Wu, I'd like to pick your brain on this. I've hosted local LAN's many times, but never one on the scale that you have where there are people driving or flying in out of state. If I'm to entertain the idea of hosting one I should probably ask someone who has. Aside from making sure there are enough screens/xboxes/discs/controllers etc,
What kind of time frame did you generally keep? (in terms of how long the LAN would last, cleanup time, when to start kicking people out) Any unforeseen/unplanned things that you had to address in future LANs? Any other advice or tips for accommodating out of state guests? If you have anything at all you think might be helpful I would very much like to hear it, and I'm sure a few others here in the forum would as well. Thanks!
