Sorry, Frankie. You and 343 blew it. While online co-op sounds enticing, you can't sell this to someone like me without the actual H1 MP component. Why should I fork out $40 (if the price point IGN reported is correct) for a Campaign I can already play? Because it's prettier (and YMMV on if it's that)? Screw that. It seems you guys decided that Halo 1's multiplayer should be forever consigned to remain in the era of LANs. "Can't get a LAN together? Sucks to be you," is what this says to me, a person whose only option is LANs (my computer can't play games, so laggy-ass H1 PC isn't an option, and neither is XBC). Having some seven-map "Classic Map Pack" for Reach doesn't cut it. This will be the first Halo release (HW excluded) that I don't buy new on day one. I'll buy used later on, assuming that this is a physical release, but not having actual H1 multiplayer is a deal-breaker. The only way you'll be able to get me to give you guys any money is if H1's multiplayer is included.
