Today, I got the Action Sack one after 5 games (and a : 3000-credit clot machine in the same game!). In my experience, you may have gotten it but it doesn't show during the ending credit scene. It shows a butt load of credits at the little flash at the end of the game, but not during the after animation. A trip to Bnet, however, will reveal a chunk of change added to your rank progression.
