The first jackpot weekend, I played probably a dozen games per day in the Defiant list, never won a super jackpot. The second jackpot weekend, I played 8 games on one day of the weekend in the Big Team Battle list, and won the jackpot once. Yesterday, I played 5 games in Action Sack. Got a super jackpot on my fourth game. Based on this astoundingly sparse dataset, I'd speculate that they're increasing the hit percentage a bit. :)
