In Response To: Re: Sabre 'expert controls' challenge (Stephen L. (SoundEffect)) : The thing I find strange is that the Sabre's turning pivot is the craft's : nose, not it's engines or center of mass even. Makes for some funny : theater mode video seeing how it turns. I have to admit I'm not quite following you. Had to check it out after you said that and it doesn't look particularly strange compared to what I'm used to from the occasional airshow and a lot of videos. The pivot point for the external camera in theatre mode is locked onto the cockpit, which creates a bit of an illusion if you look at it from the side. But if you watch the Sabres from a 'fly cam' (difficulty without pan-cam since its so slow by default) as they turn while flying past or while following them, its looks pretty normal, to my eyes at least.
