I actually find myself frustrated all the time at : the default controls, being a RL-pilot and flight-sim pilot, these : 'expert' controls should be MUCH more intuitive for someone familiar with : fighter-controls and maneuvers. Thanks for this! They should be, but you might find yourself really wishing you had some yaw control to help line up the shots a bit. Its a lot harder trying to get the pipper in place when depending completely on roll. It might also take a while getting used to flying with the right stick instead of the left stick if you've played other console flight games. Kind of like if you played GoldenEye default controls for years, then tried jumping into Halo. Feels a bit strange flying with my right thumb. =) Switching the stick layout to legacy for the Sabre section does help quite a bit though, at least then you're using one stick for flying instead of two.
