Looks like in the vid he was constantly moving and shooting after he activated AC, so I can understand why he didn't go invisible. I'm sure if he had run around the corner, stood still and not fired the Covenant would have lost track of him. AC can be useful, just not in the situation that player was using it in (the middle of a firefight).
