You mean this phrase, right?

"Le fait de jouer à la campagne ou au multijoueur influera sur les capacités disponibles et la manière de les choisir."

I had to think a bit, too, but it means "The fact if you're playing campaign or multiplayer will have an influence on the available upgrades and the way you choose them." It goes on to say that in campaign, you'll be equipped with a certain ability at the start of a mission, and have the option of changing it later on. In multiplayer, you choose your loadout when your respawn.

That's what I think, at least: my French is nowhere near perfect.
