: Dude - it's a hydroelectric plant. Is it really so surprising that the water : levels might be dynamic? it's a hydroelectric plant? i honestly had no idea about this until you just mentioned it. if those water levels really ARE dynamic, it will make some of my halo-related dreams come true. i've always wanted dynamic water levels to be in a halo game, so it could rain and certain parts of a map could fill up. i have no idea why i place such undue importance on this.
