What happens to Abilities when you die?...

At 0:54 you clearly see a Red get killed, and as soon as the death-beam passes thru his head the jetpack on his back disappears. Maybe it's just me, but little stuff like this kinda bugs me. Is it really that hard to just leave the geometry attached to the dead body? Sure, I get that you might not be able to reuse Abilities, but the disappearing-pop thing is a little disconcerting. Here's hoping it's just an Alpha-thing. ;-)
