They have been programmed since the age of 6 to follow military : doctrine. But anyway, its a moot point now that Frankie cleared it up. Doesn't mean thay don't have the choice though? Certianly if you're trained to not have hair, chances are you will continue that training yes, but they could still have the option, they simply choose not to. There are advantages in not having hair such as less for an enemy to grab, won't get in your eyes, etc. Although I'm not sure if that would even matter since the Spartans all wear helmets lol.
