That's absolutely true. I called Xbox LIVE customer support - the same phone number you'd call if it had been your account - last night, and filed a report. They've told me it'll be 5-10 days to resolve the issue, one way or the other. The banning of the account on B.net helps with the attempted sale of this account - that sort of thing doesn't happen to no-name accounts, and so shouldn't be TREATED the same as a no-name account. (I'm certainly going to pursue other avenues, to try and speed things up - just as anyone would. I might be more successful than some in doing so - but that won't be by the standard XBL staff, it'll be by friends.)
