If you look up the guy made a big ramp coming down from a platform w/ a mongoose
You can jsut build off of that

Also, above the bit of roof with the wind sock, there IS A PLATFORM
It's invisible, but you can walk around on it and place objects
It's also small, and if you fall you'll be killed by the guardians
But you can place bridges from there out into the open space, then delete some leaving the otehrs floating
