In Response To: Re: New Blomkaamp Short! (vlad3163) Still, couldn't watch a whole movies worth of this... well, I'm insane so I could. But not enough people are as insane as me. It would be like Aliens being entirely filmed in the style of the first enocunter the marines have with the wee beasties, except without the bits where it's not seen from the command APC's view. Not that that would have been Pete or N.B.'s intentions... but maybe the crack head movie execs thought thats where it was going. :( I would still like the movie to have that rustic, almost war-footage/old dr who episode style rather than the overclean look of modern war CG movies or the videogame. But I'm barely coherant, let alone a movie producer/director, and I trust the man who somehow didn't mess up LOTR. I mean really... and the aliens from Bad Taste=The flood. A rocket blows up a sheep in that movie! And with king kong(think BRUTE KING), it's almost like he has made the Halo movie already. Just needs to edit those two films together with some starships from BSG or something.
