Yeah, I think you get the point now.

Open up Cairo, Metropolis, or Great Journey in Insolence. Go to the HLMT and find Lord Hood's HLMT. Go to "All dependencies" and change the JMAD to a marines. And check the the nested reflexives and change any of Hood's JMADs to the marine JMAD.

Also there a better way to play as other characters then swapping HLMTs. Go to the the MATG go to one of the nested reflexives, Unknown 8 it should say:
MODE
MODE
BIPD
on any Master Chief levels. change the BIPD to the character you want.

As for ARbiter levels it will say:
MODE
MODE
UNIT.
In this case go down to "0" on the dropdown box in the upper right corner, and select "1"
Change the arbiter's BIPD to whatever.

Also you can select which rank of character you want by changing the default variation in the BIPD tag.
Jsut have teh varaiations in the HLMT tag to see which variations they have in that particular map.

Thus you want have the "Freak Elite".
