I mean he was able to : intigrate A prophet and Pentient Tangent into himself so why not : Forerunners? Is Pentient Tangent truly integrated or as it appears "captured" by the "vines" of the Gravemind? The Monitor is wrapped in the Gravemind's entity but otherwise seems to operate normally as it starts right away about the need to activate containment protocols.
