Likely just trying : to stir trouble = lies and deciet That's not always true, I got most of my early Halo 2 news from forum leaks and little website posts here and there. What they say is true about 90% of the time, only because things can change in production and sometimes details are sketchy. I had heard reports of a gun called a "Brute Shot", being able to play as a dishonored elite general, a Flood "Queen" that lived deep in a Forerunner structure and rumors of a Halo ring under the earth's crust. The only major rumors I can think of that proved to be completely untrue was that big deal a few years back about people saying Halo 2 was coming out in September of 2003(or was it 2002?) and the fake Halo 3 script. But they were both outlandish. Most rumors are based in fact, I doubt a website that's trying to preserve it's reputation would say such a thing if there wasn't a chance it were true. Also, why is it so improbable that bungie would show some content at an Xbox expo? It's not exactly outlandish.
