Interesting thoughts, but it seems kind of unlikely given how he's introduced in the novels. (of course, those are not always the best source if something newer contradicts them). Other than that though and looking into more of the details, he's not an officer and he's not Navy, which makes the chance of him being a Spartan seem unlikely (All the Spartans went through Naval Officer school very young and are meant to be an ONI program).
If his history is going to be changed (or should I say redefined) that significantly, it'll be interesting to see how it would be written in. | |
