In Response To: Re: Mad Banshees (Rockslider)

: Meanwhile, I've had an idea about what might be causing the low-flying
: squashing behaviour. Consider a Banshee in one of the survivor areas.
: Suppose that for some technical reason, the Banshee sees the entrances to
: that area as being quite low, maybe only several metres high. The flight
: AI might then cause the Banshee to mostly remain low, given also that the
: Banshee has an interest in returning to its normal territory. And because
: it mostly stays low, the Banshee is continually getting triggered into
: squashing behaviour; behaviour that you sometimes get even in normal
: play when Banshees occasionally swoop down low enough.

I'v came aross this behavior 2 years ago, my experence was at the cliff edge. The banshee did it usuall roadkill rampage, but when it lost track of me, it actually
climb back into the air. Only happened a few times.

Also did co-op and got the banshee to chase player #2 in the warthog. I tryed sniping the driver out, but I end up blowing the banchee up.
