I've never heard anything that goes HOOOOOOHHHHHH in T&R. I played T&R taking out all the enemies except the Hunters that drop down from the grav lift. I left the Hunters alone and walked back to the area where you see the first health pack. There are two Shade turrets on top of a small raised area, if you stand where the Red Elite comes out from, you should hear the beastie sounds. I think you will only hear the beastie sounds on Legendary setting.
