I'd call $800 for a 98C way too much too... but you must admit that that's the spiffiest 98C you've ever seen. The reason this particular item on USMilitarygear really popped out at me is that I actually laid out some plans to make an MA-5B around an automag. I have a decent (if moderately dissasembled) machine shop in my garage, and if i ever get it working that's one of the first things I'd. What I would *really* love to do is get the specs that guy used to build his, and modify it to fit an AGD automag. Though I'm an Autococker man myself (e-class mini orracle & mech. '03 vertical), the simplicity and compactness of an automag would be ideal to build a halo replica gun around. If I manage to get started, I'll post some pictures. But I don't think i'd ever get that one. For one, I don't have $800 lying around, and for two, I would never, ever, ever pay $800 for a 98 custom. But a build-your-own kit for a BR-shaped automag body...that I'd pay good money for.
