In Response To: Re: Halo Not Made By Bungie(?) (balance) YesI love HYbrid CDs and stuff and I think Tamte will pull off a good port of the MAc (and possible Windows) version of Halo. It will probably be simultaneous if Tamte does both and in that case again they might use Hybrid CDs to reach a wider audience. I think Tamte is well aware how a simultaneous release (PC/Mac) will impact sales and I guess he will be shooting for one. The issue I think of is the optimasation and scalability for Halo. I dont think it will be optimized very well and that it will require a bit more than just state of the art computers. -CB | |
