Q: When is Halo being released?
A: Bungie never announces release dates. However, it seems likely that they'll be trying to finish it in time for the X-box release in (Um... whenever the X-box is coming out.)

Q: "Is Halo going to come for the PC, or will it only be on the XBox?"
A: Halo is being developed for the X-Box. However, another company headed by ex-Bungie employee Peter Tampte (sp?) will be porting Halo to both the Mac and PC. The ports may arrive a few months after the X-box version is released.

Q: Why is Halo being delayed for the X-box?
A: It isn't. Although word was that Bungie was aiming for a release in early 2000. However, it was apparent even before the buyout that they weren't going to make it. Bungie makes games in three stages: Engine, then multiplayer, then single player. Word is that they only entered the multiplayer stage a few months ago. A major overhaul of the game (Easily visible in the newer E3 screenshots) might be the culprit for the delay. In any case, Bungie has repeatedly said that as of now, the game is far from done.
