In Response To: The FAQ (Mark Levin) 1) not sure if this is what people have been asking about when they say 'uh, the grenade maybe?'. i was wondering if grenades go off when you die holding it, as the trailer suggests. 2) what is the gravity like, in relation to say q3 and cs where it is set to 800 by default? it's obviously lower than normal, see the full gamestar and E3 trailer for examples. 3) does indigenous life serve any other purpose than to add to the realism of the enviroment? roadblocks, distractions, maybe stampedes? oh, and are there passive/agressive species, most ambiant life in other games devote their lives to killing you, it doesnt seem very realistic. 4) dissmemberment? i'm pretty sure that energy sword would cleave appendages easily. not to mention the effects of explosives. 5) is there the option of switching to first person should one get the urge? 6) how long do fires burn (from vehicles and such), and do the corpses stay? 7) when is the xbox going to be released? since my pc copy of halo depnds on it now. :( 8) in the first person perspective, will you be looking at your actuall character model, or some prerendered stuff. BUNGIE did say at one point that if they did first person they would do it 'right'. 9) BUNGIE says that there are no levels. does this mean that if i had a couple days to waste on my hands that i could take an alien flyer, and fly around the entire ring? if not, how much at a time, or total, can be explored? 10) this isnt really a question, but if BUNGIE has the freedom to do what they want under microsoft management, then i say prove it. release Halo soon, as soon as it's done, and release the xbox version whenever it's done. DONT MAKE US WAIT FOR THE XBOX.
