1. "...edited etc." is a long way from being original art. If you are selling art created by Bungie artists, EVEN IF YOU MODIFY IT, you _are_ *stealing* it.

2. You will also have a problem selling Halo because it doesn't exist yet.

Bungie might have just had a discussion with you to convince you to change your ways. Microsoft Bungie Studios will probably handle similar problems through Microsoft's corporate counsel... something any sane person would wish to avoid.
