LE Booklet.. hidden message?

Anyone that owns the LE "Conversations" booklet. I need some help. When you open and flip ahead to the encrypted covenant message... look at the header and ending.. it looks like:

Line 1: "To [cannot decrypt], Prophet of Mercy"
Line 2: "Dearest Brother,"
Body: [Cannot Decrypt quite yet. Need help if this theory proves valid.]
Ending: "By my own hand, Prophet of Truth."

What do you think. Mabey my eyes are tired, I'm obsessed, I'm crazy, or mabey this is a valid message. If anyone can offer input and help me decrypt the HBO community and I would be grateful...
