All good, except Cassandra being John 117's sister... It makes no sense, Nylund never mentioned a sister. John reminesces about his parents, but no siblings.
I find it interesting that some thing the Sharquoi is the Driniol... I think the planet-killer is a good theory, reminds me of Babylon 5, during the Shadow War. The Vorlons (highly technological, seemingly altruistic beings)and the Shadows (the E-Pit-Oh-Me of Evil)have this war every thousand years. The Shadows believe that to help the younger races survive, they must attack-"Only the strongest survive". The Vorlons take the opposite aproach:They think that the younger races must be nurtured as children. Anywho, the Humans and Mimbari (most highly advanced race, next to Vorlons and Shadows)form an alliance of the "lesser" races to combat the Shadows. Eventually, the Shadows start using this giant death-cloud thing that fires missiles that burrow into the crust of a planet and detonate, scarring the thing and making it uninhabbitable... And the Vorlons begin destroying any world that has Shadow contacts with their own giant planet killers.
I've rambled on a bit, but my point was, neither the Shadows nor the Vorlons used their planet-killers until they were both backed into a corner... Perhaps the Covenant has the same kind of thing?
