I almost wrote that all that can be done in the shafted area has been done, but then I realized that I still haven't managed to blast back up from the bottom of this one yet. My brother and I tried for a few hours some time back with no luck.
It would take some work. You'd have to position the hunter REALLY well, go down in co-op, drop the nades, setup the jump, and then shoot the hunter with a RL, which is VERY difficult at that distance. At that point you'd have a checkpoint with launch all set.
But, we never could get it. We couldn't get the darn hunter to die. 8(
We'll have to give that a shot...
