They are the most : neglected part of the ecovenant, and it wouldn't be surprising if they : turned. Though i doubt we humans would accept the grunts after kickin our : ass as part of the covenant. But they're only following orders, to quote : "I'm only doing my job, Its not my fault if i love it" from some : film somewhere that Red Dwarf 3 ripped the piss out of. I think everybody is taking this maskless-grunt pic way to seriously. I find it highly unlikely that we'll visit there home world or be able to shoot the maskes off them. I think this pic was an 'under the radar' pic (as quoted by another forum-goer) to simply arose interest. If we actually do see a maskless Grunt in the game (dont get me wrong, I think it would be cool to see one in Halo 2) then it would probably be in a cutscene where the Chief sneaks up behind one and removes his mask to prevent him from screaming. Even if I'm right though, Im sure some modding-whizz (like BOLL or somebody) will find a way to make all Grunts mask-less in the game.
