Botman is unfortunately out of the loop on the happenings on the Halo team :)

The End User Editing Kit will NOT be available on or before Sept 30th.

The Editing Kit is a HUGE undertaking and we want to make it available as quickly as possible but also make sure that the first release of it is done properly.

Check the Gearbox Website and Editing FAQ for more information as it becomes available for what the kit will contain as well as release dates.
