The only problem I can see is the fact that the rings don't seem to extend to the maximum range of the weapon. If the camera angle isn't positioned perfectly, the second of the two rings won't necessarily point directly to the intended target. Didn't the aiming circles seem to be 'bent forward' a little bit? It looked like the aiming system takes into account the speed of its projectile, and 'leads' appropriately. And were those rocket things being launched from the jeep?
