In Response To: 800 years of the Unknown (Nemesis) We can make a guess at where technology is going to go though. Beyond tanks and jeeps we have... hovertanks? I think more than enough reasons have been suggested as to why they may not be feasable for Halo, wether they exist or not(and besides they are to damn feminine. we've got to tear up the earth we ride on). Beyond that- Mechs? Those seem like a logical step, but this isn't that kind of game(try Heavy Gear or MechWarrior). Let's get off the ground altogether and make our tanks and jeeps fly. Oops, thats Star wars or Wing Commander. This isn't that kind of game either. This is Armor dammit! This is Blam! This is Munkey Nutz!?! (cuz those marines have gorilla BALLS, baby!) It's all about FUN. I want it hard and hot and heavy- any order you please ;) I want tanks, jeeps, jets, speed boats, muzzle flashes, mortars, smoke, fire, shell casings, tearing metal, noise, grime, mud, blood, .... Bungie, I salute you! (hehe... I'm only half joking :)
