The UESC Chimera has its own login logo. What dod you think? The Marathon logo was symbolic of the hollowed out Martian moon from which it was constructed. Is the Chimera's logo symbolic of anything? It looks a bit like an Islamic symbol, or maybe it’s representative of a partial eclipse. Any thoughts? |

And here is Tycho's login pict. A bit of nostalgia for the Marathon? But what’s that in the background, behind the red Marathon symbol? Is it a picture from Pfhor Prime? Is it some sort of building or facade, or is it something else entirely? Am I reading too much into it? |

This is one of many abstract picts displayed with Durandal’s messages to you on the Chimera. Most of them are pretty abstract, but this one is particularly interesting. We see a schematic of something. It looks like a wiring schematic, but notice that the junctions form the number 205. What could that mean? |

Finally, this is the pict that Durandal displays when he gives us his Bernard Strauss diatribe on the color of hate. Again, we see some schematic representations, and a couple of segmented crescents that seem reminiscent of the Chimera logo. Is there a message in any of this? Could this be in some way representative of Durandal’s “imprisonment” during his years with Bernard Strauss? Any other ideas? |
