yea, and in marathon, the charater development of the marine is well, nonexistent. while the characters of the AI are very interesting viewing those could be tough. The marine is basicly faceless, and text terminals arnt' very interesting for a movie...
a novel would be better, since you could avoid pictures of the AIs and the marine, letting your imagination do the rest.
