Was that on one of the Trilogy Box Set discs? I know I've read it before but a quick search online didn't return anything. I'm also assuming no official guide for Infinity was ever released.

I went ahead and ordered me a copy of the Survival Guide. As fracai mentioned you can find it for quite a bargain in several places. There is also some one selling a brand new copy for $164...
