The Official Strategy Guide

Slowly loosing my mind from sleep deprivation, googling random Marathon related things... I am curious to know more about this book. Other than a few brief mentions on the MSP, this is the only thing I could find, as far as it's actual contents go. Does anyone currently own a copy? Other than the above interview, is there any cool stuff in it that would justify a purchase? Other than simply owning a rare piece of Marathon history, of course.
Interesting to note that the old B.net archive lists it as the "Marathon Survival Guide."
