I actually own three copies.
There's my original that I bought when it was released where I've colored all the platforms in with a red Sharpie. It's pretty beat up.
Then I bought two on Amazon (or Half or something) when I was planning to scan and retype everything into a PDF. That never happened, though I'd still like to. I wonder if Prima Games would care about posting an out of print book?
The Survival Guide has some basics about the different weapons, power-ups, Pfhor, etc. that you'll run into. There are some strategy tips as well, though nothing mind blowing. Then it goes through each level pointing out how to beat it and identifying a few secrets on each map, though if I remember correctly, it also misses several and includes incorrect directions on a couple maps.
A Google search for the ISBN (9780761500841) turns up several options under $3.
