Bungie. But you already knew that.

If having the source code is more than a pipe dream then I would suggest gathering a group of talented people together (preferably with porting experience) and presenting a business case to Bungie Aerospace. Convince them that you can deliver a port of Minotaur to say... the iPad. Then they might release the source code to you. They'd even probably help you since that is their function. The operative word in all this is 'deliver'. Over the years I've heard a lot of people 'talk the talk' but few 'walk the walk'. If you know what I mean.
