Glad you like it! I actually used several programs to port it. There was the original manual, which I had open constantly to ensure an accurate layout for the port. I used ResEdit to extract all of the images. But not the text, which I copied straight out of the manual (ResEdit doesn't display extended characters correctly). Then I threw all of this into a TextEdit (Mac OS X) document to format everything. The original manual's pages were longer, so I had to do a little bit of reformatting to get the page breaks to line up properly (among other things). Finally, TextEdit has a nifty little feature for creating PDFs, so that was the easy part. By the way, here's a slightly better version (minor tweaks and fixes):
