It's obvious that you don't like Rubicon ("hate and loathe" might be more approapriate, judging by your comments) - and I'm fine with that. People have different tastes and Rubicon didn't meet yours. So far so good. But why on earth did you play Rubicon over and over when you hate it so much? I don't get it. If I played a scenario that sucked half as much as you think Rubicon does I wouldn't bother completing it even once - let alone half a dozen times.
