I find the notion that the Jjaro and W'rkncacnter to be the same race inplausible. Although the possability is irrefutably "there", the Jjaro always seemed to amass their significant power through extensive technological exploits (their FTL technology; able to move planets), and it seems to be implied that they are humanoid (the hologram appearing in the white house). Whereas I imagine the W'rkncacnter to be a more god-like being, that amasses its power through supernatural or biological strength. Sort of like Q, or V'ger from Star Trek. And although it may be safely implied that they are the same race, I believe the differences are too great to ignore.

ANother possabiity...maybe the Jjaro are descendants of the W'rkncacnter...or vice-versa.
