Who do you think would win?

This is maybe the stupidiest question ever but anyway
the other day I was discussing with a friend of who would win a battle:
The 10th Mjolnir Mk IV vs the Spartan Mk V (the Master Chief)
In a lets say "real" world fight, each one with their own weapons
We had these arguments:
Spartan armor is better than Mjolnir's, because it regenarates his shields by itself
Mjolnir's armor is stronger when full charged, because it can resist a missile explosion
Mjolnir is faster
Spartan looks stronger
Mjolnir is a cyborg and Spartan is a "super human"
Spartan has better alien weapons on his hands
Mjolnir has better human weapons on his hands
*Spartan looks better... ok not an advantage
We discussed for hours, saying stupid things like: "Mjolnir wouldn't win because when he hurts Spartan he will hide and recharge"... or "well if Mjolnir has energy cans at hands he can recharge aswell" anyway the most significant thing said was: "the Mjolnir would win because he has Durandal on his side"
We even though of MOD for Halo or a Marathon scenario to solve this.
We came to the conclusion that the Mjolnir with a Spartan armor would win, and that Durandal would send Mjolnir to stole one of those armors.
What do you think, and how would you develop the battle(setting, conditions, etc)?
Ps. I think that my friend and me, both, should get a life real quick
