Homebrew Halo SP Levels Possible?

In theory, I think it is possible to develop. The Halo Editing Kit for Halo Custom Edition did come with Tool, Guerilla, and Sapien and those are the same development tools that were used for Halo.
However, HaloCE won't read or run HaloPC maps. And vice versa. :( Also, HaloCE didn't ship with a single-player campaign to keep the download to a manageable size. I understand that some very creative folks over at Halomods have managed to get AI scripting to run in multiplayer levels through the HEK, but I have no idea how.
