I think the closest this might be Xenophobe (Person who is irrationally afraid of aliens, illegal or otherwise)
As for a person who judges someone based on their species I think the term racist still applies, you just have to elevate the term race above simple ethnic or cultural diversities to include the entire species as a whole. No race but the Human Race, as is often said. Now when it comes to two species from completely different world the question of equality may become far more difficult. Immagine what kind bigotry we'll face when dealing alien species that are for all intents and purposes superiror or inferior to us. Watch the TV show ALIEN NATION to see what I mean.
